	Coaching Assistant (CA) School The word value is used alot in today's business world. Value is a great way to describe what people receive by becoming a coaching assistant in a Dale Carnegie Program. A coaching assistant is a past graduate of a Dale Carnegie Program who plays an important role in helping to deliver a Dale Carnegie Program. Most coaching assistants agree that the personal growth from having an opportunity to take the program again is priceless. They are excited about being able to continue to grow in self-confidence, leadership, communication, developing a more positive attitude, and sharpening their people skills. In addition, coaching assistants play an important role in helping all program participants reach and exceed their professional and personal goals. It is an awesome experience to watch people grow and know that you helped in their development.
